To place an order for Gift Cards, simply register your Business. You will be required to enter your Business Name, Address, ABN and contact details. Once approved, you will be sent log in credentials and details on how to place your orders.

JB Hi-Fi Gift Cards are available in physical or digital format. Physical Gift Cards are sent by Courier. eGift Cards are sent via Email. Gift Cards are available in any denomination from $5-$1000. Any values over $1000 please contact our Corporate Gift Card Team at corporategiftcards@jbhifi.com.au.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and direct deposit payments. Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared.

Physical Gift Cards will be delivered within 3-5 business days from the date funds have cleared. However, some exceptions may apply.

For security reasons, Physical Gift Cards are sent ‘inactive’ and must be activated prior to use. You will receive an email with directions on how to activate. Once the Gift Cards have arrived you can choose to either bulk activate or activate them as you require.

eGift Cards will be emailed to your nominated email address as specified in your Order. Delivery may take up to 1 hour from the time of payment confirmation.

eGift Cards do not require activations and are ready to use.
